NS Design is a boutique design studio that loves to work with people who follow their hearts but don’t leave their heads behind. Our process involves close collaboration with clients to deliver thoughtful design output. We build identities that reflect their core values and figure out the visual ways their businesses can articulate these truths. Graphic Designer

Entry-level/Mid-level

We’re looking for candidates who have:
—Passion for graphic design and branding
—A keen eye for photography, design, and typography
—Familiarity with current design trends and best practices
—A strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
—Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
—A disposition for customer service
—The initiative to course-correct and to self-start

Team Tasks:
—Spearhead design projects, from concept to design
—Support team members with design projects, from concept to design
—Execute visual collaterals such as brand identity design, signage, packaging, digital design, etc. from design directives
—Manage timing and deliverables for project work
—Assist with print production and coordination of approved design work
—Communicate design thinking to a non-design audience
 

Project Manager

Entry-level/Mid-level

We’re looking for candidates who have:
—Passion for cultivating excellent work flow between client, strategy, and creatives
—Familiarity with current business development trends and best practices
—Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
—A disposition for customer service
—The initiative to course-correct and to self-start

Team Tasks:
—Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
—Facilitate client discussions and translate findings into clearly defined requirements
—Lead a project to completion and timely delivery
—Keep accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes
—Assist with print production and coordination of approved design work
—Help resolve technical/creative issues as they arise
—Communicate design thinking to a non-design audience
 
 
Both positions can be part-time or full-time. We’re looking to start in February 2020. NS Design is a remote team (for the most part), but we require weekly in-person meetings in Studio Kapitbahay in Kapitolyo, Pasig. We sometimes brew beer.
